Friends said I have a lot patience &daring to follow my dream. I corrected them that I don't have a dream either a patience or even taking risk as daring.

I love my country, I love my people but how come every time I deal with my people, then I never have a good feeling, everything went wrong, and no satisfaction?

Art can be anything.. if you  have an eye for it.and the passion for it, then even the recycle materials... you can make anything looks good.. That is why I'm going to be at the green festival this weekend 

at SF convention to do a fashion show http://www.greenfestivals.org/national/style-with-a-conscience-eco-fashion-shows-presented-by-hi-def-creations-llc.

 As for me,  i definitely like to try everything in the fashion sense. Here is the contradict projects  brought in my life.. I believe in crude oil, gas energy to run big factory to produce products.  That is why I involve in a big project for the exploration  the next discover oil field in Belize for Providence Energy Group. In hope, this will change my life soon and my fashion ambitious goal as well, besides the world needs more oil and gas..

But.. My other close friend who has battery energy, and voice recognition company  will mass my fashion in the technology media in 2011 and that is why i have planned to come to RCX convention with ggconnections models on March 19th,20th with him. Stay tune.. ask me about how to get involving about this technology advertise media, and modeling as well. 

And, i'm supporting green energy.. for the natural product like silk,cotton and bamboo..Funny? how you look at that I really do involve in 3 different energies- from natural source,environment, or solar.. they all have different usages. Well, helping  green energy because I want  Dawn to achieve her goal international Green Eco for using the sources that where Asia produced a lot of that.  Don't forget I used to work for Sourcing Magic and Vietnam was my region, so at least I know how to bring everyone together in sourcing, pricing, delivering and high quality not just from Vietnam only.Most importantly, I believe in team work and networking.

Yes,  I'm not just only a designer,came from many different background and   I have a tremendous network., gain knowledge in different fields . Therefore,  i learn everyone can benefit each other when you believe work as a team.   I'm a lady  with different kind of energy.. so even myself... I work non-stop as well.. hhehe.

If tomorrow I die, looking back.. i won't regret anything.. because at last, i know   in my life, at once time, i had  try many different things. And yes, it's fulfill me enough  even now I'm not rich ,but I know I will make it one day...and sure.. if I still live another 30 years .lol...so I'm still maintaining my smile.  Although, I don't have the luck like any other women  to have marriage life  or be with anyone, but I don't feel lonely. My life is all about positive and learning to  love what i do..or have. then they all became art works in  path of my life. 

Yes.. because I don't have a dream, I just do it.Dreaming will be losing time with no action when I have vision to make things happen .and..This is what I'm strongly belief.

Thanks to those who have been involving with me in my life and especially to my family, mother, father, sister -Kim and her husband, nephews, my baby sister, brothers and their wives. Also thanks to  my beautiful  best friends and close friends  KimYen, Weisee, Vannechay, and TC,  you guys always are there for me.. I see yours true heart in a friendship.Actions speak louder than words.. and you all show it!.My business partner or a big brother to be exact- Scott for all the help, and my other close friend who always there for me in spirit,Sean, even you don't live in the states... and I know one day you will be a big part in my life in fashion..Wish to both of you , Scott and Sean to fulfill yours energies projects.

There are many of you on FB know me for years.. and you know my heart in the past was fully for scholarship programs ..but now most people were surprising when they see me in fashion..I never really talk about it .. However,

HERE IS THE LETTER awhile THAT I SENT TO FEW PEOPLE
WHO ASKED ME..why I'm not doing the scholarship program anymore..

Many of you have asking me about UVA (United Vietnamese Americans), I
like to share with you why I haven't involve much lately for charity
works. Since you have been supporting for many projects ,or just want
to know why so you can help me or the organization to continue our
mission.

Thank you I think time I like to share with you what I wrote
years ago to my team. My purpose to do it, in the future if I or anyone
ever doing a good cause, please try to help so our community have a
unity and more things to do. May be we can help the people who want to
do the good cause, so they have the energy to do more for the
community..such as helping out the children in VN like ACWP, Friends
of Hue,VNhelp, ICAN etc..or people help to maintain the culture,
promote leadership, and educational program such as like TET
festivals, Children Moon Festival, Viet Heritage, VAPA, UVA, VSVN,
VASC..ETC..or even VANG to promote role models for the youth to
follows..


Anyway, sorry, I flooded you with too many long emails Hhhahaha.. ..I
think I did warn you..that I'm a famous
"Spam" er... in the Bay Area..even politicians, governments, business,
corporations, medias..none of them feel left out when they know me:-).
Some people even told me that they miss me, when they don't see my
email hehhe.

knowledge from the American education institutions to the much needed
streets of our native homeland.

From Debbie Nghiem: Share my thought below to all my dearest friends,

..This is exactly why I have been doing so much charity works for any
organizations.. also it's another reason why I want to bring the
community together.. so we can help more students or disadvantage
people. ..although I know you do care for my benefit ..so you keep
telling me to quit or balance my life. Sometimes, I agree with you and
I even thought what i did..it was such a wasting time "tao lao
works.".

Because, many times, I had to run around at the last minute when a few
member didn't commit or lack responsible, since this is a volunteer
work so I can't expect too much.

Also,negative comments and criticize from people who didn't do the
work in the beginning; or not even bother to give me a hand or helping
the organization to improve but only like to make other feel bad by
blaming at someone, they make me feel sad.
More, few even said ."you should do this way ..you should do that" ..if they do care so much for
me or for the organization, then, I said to myself..."you should be
the one who has to step up to make the change, especially you are
Vietnamese-American or you are part of the team". I don't think I or
any members would stop them.

On top of that, when I heard some people
complained when I sell the the ticket for $10 or $20. to the event to
raise money for the students ....They said... it's too expense ...Tell
my why do you said that cost too much? hmm...especially like the
upscale event tonight with many entertainment for $80 at a largest
hotel in the Bay Area....

Well, I know many of you don't mind to spend
$500-$1000 for an event without hesitate or have a second thought,
because you think it brings benefit to you... Darn...then I feel
really sad. Did you know the people I brought over and they are most
high profile as well. How do we have chance to meet these people that
easily huh? We were lucky that they support us.

Anyway, I'm more
depressing...When I ask people for sponsor education program, I felt
like I'm a beggar. Well, on the other hand, I know if I use my time,my
knowledge to make money, then I may have more to support students in
education. However, what I and other members are trying to bring
everyone together as unity, so we can take care each other more than
divide into sector. Also, sometimes I really want to scream so loud
to everyone.. truly ..you are not really doing it for me or for UVA
only. You are helping the youth.. you are building the role model for
yours children to follow in the future too.

Well, because of those negative forces ..yes, they did effect me. I
let these things discourage my purpose, and my intention for helping
the youth lately. Last night, I was about to give up everything.

This morning, after I read this email speech from one of UVA
scholarship recipients. Also, once awhile..when i hear such an
expression or appreciate how the students feel about scholarship that
the community support their education. Plus at the rehearsal last
night, I saw only a few team members from UVA and my volunteers that I
recruited for the outside, they work tirelessly for this event. I also
had a volunteer who drove from Sacramento every day to practice for
fashion show. So we can have a nice entertainment to enjoy tonight.
Therefore, we can bring the community together for everyone gain
benefit such as social, create business bridge for you to meet the
people that may help your career advantage, knowledge and helping a
cause.

My feeling for charity works was coming back again. Even though, I
know the net profit for this event wasn't really much for all that
effort..for example.. let do a calculation with me. the cost of your
meal at a hotel is about $40ea+tax and service..it will come out
around $50 or more..then expenses for decorations, entertainments,
printing tickets, materials, sound system, brochures, compensation for
volunteers and their members family are about another
$10-$15...Therefore, we only raised net about $10-$15 each.. so with
all that effort ..we may only raise about 5k if we are lucky that we
have at least 350 people.but why we do it?

Is it worth it for all that effort? Are we not too smart? Well, do you
know ..our sincerely for helping the community will get recognition by
everyone soon or later. We are building a credit so more people can
gain trust for non-profit organization again, especially for a small
organization like UVA. We build our name so more corporations and
government can get involving with us.

Therefore, together, for those who want to help can achieve the goal
in a long term, and who needs help, then they will get the assistant
from UVA and the community to improve their life.. Besides, we can
help by connecting the young generation with the older generation, so
they can understand each others more. In additional, we help students
to remember about their root, or maintain their culture ...and yet one
day...hopefully when they accomplish their education then they can
help more people here or in VN.

Another point, her email helped me to wake up and remind me about what
I believe or things i had been doing ...which is the right thing for
me to do at this time for now . Yes, this had giving me more
incentives to do it again and again.. and truly ...this is how I find
my happiness, besides look for man who may make me feel warm one day
then hurt me again:-).

Well, as I have been gone through so many things in the past, but the
charity works helped me to be a stronger person. The volunteer works
have built myself esteem. It also develops my confident at the
present, so I can strive to achieve more for the students, young
talent artists, or any one needs the help, support new ideas and of
course to build the organization stronger, and especially for myself
in the future. Thanks to Judy for reminding me and the support from
UVA team, officers, friends, families and community.!

Hi Khoa,

Thanks for your feed back! I'm sharing my point to friends and people
so they have a bigger picture. Because most people keep telling they
helped UVA because of me. Yes, I'm appreciated for the thoughtful, but
now UVA at a point that we need the support from the community as an
organization... not just for Debbie as an individual favors any more.
Once people don't like Debbie, then there is no more scholarships for
students, so I don't think that is fair for the volunteers and the
organization. I just want the scholarship program for students .. and
whoever does it then I'm there to support. I rather see the community
promoting the education, than we keep hearing about drugs and guns
from TV or Movies. Well, as for UVA, I worry for the volunteers if
they disappointed for their hard effort.

Honestly, when the former
president was there, I didn't want to step in his toes to do
anything..even the home boy doesn't really care much or put as much in
heart into the organization, that he was one of the founder and
created..therefore, I believe me and among of officers treated UVA as
a Club(Cau Lac Bo) instead of company. However, now the team delegates
this important task for me, therefore, my job has to make a change or
different. I still believe in scholarship program to support and
encourage the education for students. I will discuss with UVA team, I
will ask them... "if you think what UVA had been doing ...it's a right
thing for the community as a whole and for you as an individual, then
I would like everyone to help so we rebuild together as a team with me
and not for me. If any one who loves Debbie dearly but not UVA
programs yet, then I will suggest them to decide either to stay with
the team to learn more about us but I would like to see extra effort;
or step out so they don't have to feel obligate that they can't help
me ..then when I need help, I will ask them to do as a favor. If
majority told me that they join UVA because of Debbie.. then I will
say to this person.. thanks but "no thanks" ..because I don't want to
treat UVA as a personal favors anymore.. Therefore, my turn will make
a decision ..either I will be dissolved the organization, if no one
has the heart for UVA or time, so everybody can feel relief that they
don't have to help me any more. .. or if I still have the energy to
recruit people who believes about education and united for the
community so we can continue with UVA programs then I will continue
with UVA mission. Otherwise, since scholarship is what I believe, then
may be .. I will suggest the organization to combine with VHS(Ryan
Hubris) since they love to do scholarship as well or any other
non-profit organizations who want to do it ..or better yet.. I will
shift my focus by working hard to find for money then I do Debbie's

students and whoever needs my help but not feel owing anyone and worry
so much about everything else. Therefore, no one can say that I care

    .As about you letter, I'm just reading it t now. It meant a l...ot for me. Especially to see you from the young student, now you already become a young man with a lot of good heart and leader skill. I'm very very proud of you.
    Yeah.. you are right but sometimes ...where we talk about scholarship then I got my itch to do it again. Honestly, it had been developing in my blood even before ways before the UVA organization. I did build the Vietnamese American Professional Alliance 6 years before that with friends.. So I know it's not about the name of the organization much.. just it's more the goal and the mission..
    
    Involvement in fashion, perhaps instead of giving out scholarship to the students.. may be i can help create more job opportunity for people in the business fashion.. but that it will be a long goal and mission.. The scholarship program which I can see it effects faster.. That is why i work in this field to catch up days and night lol.. but i'm still in a lost sometime.. because fashion is the whole new entire focusing for me.. Oh well.. let see what will be next to me.. as long as i can do something, then that is all matter for me.
    
    Good luck with your school and future career. Again. I'm very proud of you and the support of the community .. That is why today we have one future role model for other students. Anyway take care em.. Have a good 4th of July.

    Oh my gosh .. I read about the unfair system for scholarship program that you shared with me in the email. Stanford,.that is exactly why I quit UVA or stopped doing the scholarship programs.
    
    .. The last time when we gave out the scholarship ...there were two cases on the panel to decide who to give or not to give.scholarship.. . i lost.. in this ... board decision because of the majority won..
    
    here is the case that we have a student female who get accepted to Harvard University , her Academic was excellence. She came from a rich family so she doesn't have to work..UVA selected her to be the top winner, base on academic , community involvement, sat or gpa.. honor student.. straight A .. but except her financial family background is well establish.. However, yes, she will be a perfect image for UVA.. but unfortunately she was busying with her family to go vacation at the time.. so she could not come to the award ceremony to receive the check..I thought that it not a right thing to give her the top award.. because we want to do the event to present the role model for other students.. and we would want the community to see where the money goes.... not what we tell the community where or how it has been spending.. that is not really correct in my view..
    
    Anyway,... Versus other student who get accepted to Berkeley.. with 3.7 GPA.. however, prior before his last 2 years college, he wasn't a really good boy.. so he went to juvenile hall.. after that he had overcome the hard shipment.. and finally he did well and get accepted to Berkeley at the time. However, he came from a poor family, he shared with me that he had hoping to receive the UVA scholarship so he can pay his tuition.. .. also he said he has to sleep in the car too.. At the time, i really feel bad and I would like to award him some money to encourage.. even I was a president and who brought in the most money .. as well but I had no saying.. because the board decided UVA is not a welfare system so they rather stick to give the other Harvard Student..
    
    I felt sad and hurt at the time.. and that is why I lost my believe for the unfair system.. and this is another truth story on my part how i felt at the time..

    Bao Thien Ngo I think it's time to engage in business to set up an endowment... if I'm not mistaken, didn't you have to fundraise for the scholarship? That's a lot of hard work to continuously have to do every year. Endowments are the way to go. Even a 1% interest on a $100,000 endowment will provide $1,000 scholarship.

    Bao Thien Ngo, yes we did..by having the dance at the night club, the bowling tournament , the dating game, the winter ball and the scholarship award ceremony. every event we gain about 4k 5k because we sell the tix very cheap.. net profit... for each around 5-10 dollars the most, then when the scholarship award ceremonies , we gave each event a total 50k in 3 years. I think we did pretty good.. I'm sure not any non-profit without granting from the government can give away that much money.. 50k on scholarship, join hand with c&y club, just to sale the tickets for party dance only, but we did give away to orphanage in vn from 30-35k each year..either through non-profit organization like ACWP-Aid to Children Without Parent, ICAN-International Children Assistant Network , Friends of Hue like us.Also join hand with community to dissolve many disaster reliefs like katrina, tsnumami or society problem.. so I'm really proud of our hardwork at the time..and we don't have the option that you just share.. Anyway.. didn't you receive the scholarship from us too.

    Stanford Tran An endowment is nice, but it's not easy to raise the capital for that. You need to have a solid organization since it's a very long term investment. Schools that have been around for hundred of years have endowments. It's hard to get a donor to give money to an organization that's only been in existence for a few years - they need to have assurances that the organization won't dissolve, along with their money.

I will do it again..let me finish with my fashion first lol.. ...or if i get bored with the fashion hhaaha.. or i can have a scholarship for models and artists only one day.. .. if you want Deb's funded .. you must be one. .j/k..and if back then i focus in this area.. you wouldn't have the scholarship for being a doctor or any other professional career .. hahhaha..

Some friends asked me why? and some think the technology of texting is good and convenience..YES, for urgency or if you are in the meeting, but it's not using to build a relationship of friendship or business in my view.

and As for me...I don't have extra hands.

Friends, yes, I don't mean to be rude or stuck up not to talk to you or unfriendly with friends once I accepted you on my list .or even have to remove you on my friends list.. just because of.. about chatting function on IM or texting on my phone...but because you didn't respect my wish.. when I already posted on my profile that I don't like to chat or text.

Truly, please understand... sometimes you can not even catch up to view my photo albums, then imagination I do all this works from promoting the events, or doing the photoshoot section, recruiting models, meeting with organizers or even hosting them, updating all these information up to date for you to follow via photos and videos...not one website or web page , or one email list ..but several sites, pages and i have over 20k email...just for you know,but everywhere...so you can find what other things people do in this life .. not just about me only. but for the people who involve with me and they deserve the credit for recognition of their hard work, or even a chance for you to create yours own ideas to do better things for you or others in this life. People only update one website and they can not even up -to -date ..As for me, sometimes, you all see the event that I involve and it already posted on the same day or even next day,..so then you know that I work constantly. I didn't even count about i have to design the dresses, sewing them together, meeting the models for them to fit. These all requiring TIMES. ..
Friends .. even kidding around about me.. they said .. it seemed like you a one man band.. Yes, I could be.. because I want things to get done efficiency and effectively and well organize instead of dis-functional. Also, to do all this ..it needed my hands so how can I have extra hand to seat around and chat non-sense . Also, there is a reason why we have phone...and why I gave my phone number to you.

To build a friendship. ..I believe phone and meeting in person are more personal. If you find me an interested person to get to know as a friend, then if you can ...please make an effort.. to write me an email ( I usually reply email or comment quick . only you keep repeat the same things which i already answered you or wrote it before.,. then i will ignore your email .. sorry..). Also, to be friends with each other then I don't mind you call me after I gave you my phone personally, or meet me at the event so both sides feel comfortable first. .. because yes, i don't meet the strangers from internet one on one. ... I don't think you would do it either .. because of safety as well .. However.. this will be helping each others get to know in reality versus virtual... Rather than seating behind the keyboard or phone and we wrote things unrealistically, or even some guys tell me how much you like or love me especially you don't know how I look like in person, or how my real personality in person... I could be a good person.. but GOOD PERSON DOESN'T MEAN GOOD MATCH..Remember that...or even you built your own image for someone else .. DON'T FORGET .. PHOTOSHOP ADOBE nowadays.. then you blame on the people not being truthful to themselves.. or is it you are not truthful to yourselves..? Disappointment is a worst feeling when you set a high expectation.. Being Rejection sometimes is easier to handle than disappointing..because you have set a high expectation ..On the other hand, we all know not this person like you, then someone else will ..Also, for some guys.. .. My gosh. ..I don't mean to disrespect for some of the men about how your feeling towards to me.. but what do you want me to think? ..when you have not done anything about to assure your feeling in reality ,but only telling behind the keyboard or texting.... how much you want me or want to marry me.. You must be fooling yourselves or fooling me. .when you text these messages or send these chat messages..? Really.. Think about it..please. and Oh.. also.. I didn't even count, sometimes at first, this is for males and females too....because of courtesy, I was responding to these people via the text because they want to build friendship.. ok it's fine.. but they chat with me .. and perhaps doing other things, or chat with multiple windows and make me seating around to respond to the chat.. If you are so busy to the point that you can not talk at the time, then I can wait...Therefore, that is the reason why, I will not respond any chat to anyone if they are not urgency, or that I don't know you in person or even they have never have write to my comments or email to me . Please understand that I'm not being difficult... I'm just be more logical.

Anyway...Other than that, I always am welcome friends to do things with me ,or join anything that you found interest that i do. That is how the friendship or relationship built not how via chatting or texting.. Don't you agree with me? For those of you don't know me yet.and may thought that I'm a promoter.. No I'm not!.. I'm a designer

This message.. many other friends have always asking the same questions.. what does Debbie do.. ? Debbie does everything.. except MEN haha, and Children, women, human, toys, plants.. she only likes to work.. whatever she thinks it's meaningful in her life.

Yes, I'm not a promoter .. Yes, I can be... but as for now I'm a designer. Yes, I begun as a designer by chance 2 years and half. Without any knowledge in business fashion or even designing background but I just do it. Even though, I heard my mom told me that my grand father was a famous designer when he came back from Paris, he opened a factory and it was successful for many years. Then, he passed away when my mom was a young girl,so the factory shut down. Later, her chance continued on his path by coincident too ,and she became successful as well. However, she knew this career in Vietnam was a very hard job so she didn't want her children to follow her steps. Although,when we lived in Michigan , she had a job at a tailor shop. She decided to quit , and later moved us out of Michigan and pushed us to school for other career.

Through my childhood, even I have not seen much needles and threads.. or sewing machines laying around in the house...so I didn't know about our family background.. However, I always want to create something news for anything i do.. I did try to design my own dresses all the time for special occasions, then sent to the tailor,but i didn't know that it 's a designer job.. but I did get accepted by University in Hollywood after I graduated highschool for study in fashion, because of some works that i done people like it .. but at the time , family didn't have the money, so I set the childhood desires on the side and worked on other field in business finance.

Yes, recently... by coincident , i helped out Viet Model Project.. so designer idea came across my mind , then after that Calitoday gave me an opportunity to do it.. since then I'm continuing to work on this area.almost everyday.. I go out but i think about the dresses. I look at the street , the scenery . I search for new ideas .. so my friends gave up to ask me go out now.. .

Everything is really self taught, no school background in fashion even no financial support ,and family lives too far so the help is not really much .. Well, most people in this business, they had the right training. They have family behind back up.. I exchange the support by promoting the events for the organizers , the models , the muas ,photographers to build my portfolio and skill everyday.. So that is why most of you have mistakenly thought that I'm a show promoter.. No, I'm not...my wish is to share my fashion ideas, my culture via fusion.styles that I created.... so people will be more familiar about the beauty ao dai and my other biggest wishes are to bring all the designers together.. so we can protect each others not compete each other...because I believe everyone has their own unique styles... anyway, so we have the right source for manufacturing ,good quality reduce cost ,to help the upcoming artists , models to reach out their dream and goal.

For most of you wonder about what I do..I don't have sugar daddy.. lol...yes, I live on most of my saving, and some money from my job at Providence Energy because I only work part time .. for them.. because I want to focus in the fashion area.. Also, our company is at the final stage.. so I don't really need to do much anymore..... so may be I will have good news soon.. until then... yes, I may become a rich woman ..and I can not even get marry.. because I will be too afraid sharing my fortune. hahahhah .. or I'm a starving artist ..and no man wants to take me ...hahah..Either way..I will be stuck with no man hahah.. because he will not just only take care me, but he also will have to spend it on for my models too. haha. See how generous of me with my ladies .hahhaha. .Guy friends, I think no men spent more money than me for the girls.. so stop complaining.. hhahah.. .

Really, I'm willing to give myself a chance in another year.... either to make it or to break it.. I'm not worrying about the break it... because I have my other background and I'm willing to work hard as any level, or worst case barefoot in the kitchen... or mcdonal around the corner.. As of now, sometime, I feel a bit sad.. especially when i heard my brother .. said Mcdonnal people make more money.. i was very sad but i knew he worried that I break it when i have no one for back up since we are all an adult so we all have our own life.

However, I believe in myself.. I think whatever obstacle I will strive through.. When the day comes then I will be happier.. and if it won't then at least I know I try .. I have one life to live .. so this is a life I want to make it more meaningful and hope i can contribute.. or even an open door for someone to follow..

With my conclusion.. thanks for everyone who are there for me.. even a small thing.. without yours help I wouldn't be going this far..

Did you really know for the last two years ..even i have a lot offering to buy my dresses from boutique store like Diamond Shop by Hiphop Trina (they have several stores worldwide) or Thailand, and Singapore manufacturers to buy off my designs or my name or the request for prom students or even for the bride as well?. No one actually even have my dresses as a buyer.
I did over 40 fashion shows in the last 2 & 1/2 years..self taught everything ..from produce shows, design the dresses and made them, plus do the marketing, recruit models.... So I'm precious my works.. Also you know as an artist, we value our works ..I think it's more about the passion for the beauty of art sometimes. Therefore, it 's hard to let go our work..unless we think that is meaningful..

The only 5 models really have my designs in their hands that I gave away... the first one..American Top Model 2008 in the Bay Area -Tina Nguyen, the beauty queen all year long.. from miss Teen California 2010, Dream Girl USA-Runway , Miss Hawaii Tropical-Emma Herrera , Miss Vietnamese American Model USA-My Gam Nguyen, and yesterday San Francisco Examiner-Michele Gates.. and Allicia Perrone -Singer and Dancer of Fans of Jim Century Band at the Celebrities event.yesterday..Ahahha.. they should be blessing.. that they have these dresses. So this is also tell you how freak i am as a designer and possessive with the dresses....even I'm a starving artist.lol..

Also, there is another reason.. originally, I involve as designer to help out charity causes, but I didn't have intention to get in the business..then people approached to me that they want to invest in me.. even though, nothing done yet but I still appreciate the thoughts that they saw in me.. in return, I know we can benefit each others..On the other hand, the view about me in fashion, it has helping me to improve my designs to get better every day. In additional, after working for Sourcing Magic(Magic Trade Show-http://sourcingatmagic.com/sourcingatmagic/v42/index.cvn) gave me a bigger ambitious plan.. so I took time to learn the process, before I actually to make it into the business .

Although, I do a lot of things to the extreme, but everything with me it has to work by plan...yes,carefully. even i have to take as many years as I have too. However, I rather wait till I'm ready, then I can decide passion only or get involving with business if I understand what i get into. Truly,I can be either way.. passion is easy .. i can do anytime.. and I can quit any time..For business when i do it.. then it may not just involve or effect me only.. it will relate to a lot of people..so I have to take step by step. .Now, i'm about there, stay tune..By then, I'm welcoming to work with everyone.. from the designers , models, photographers, show productions or anyone related with fashion or interest in fashion. I don't have enough arms or can do everything,or..I could be considering as a lazy person.. hhahah.. i want to
share the work with everyone...You all will be part with me and everyone success will be my succeed.

Yes, I just remember that I have not share with some of you this bio about me... that I wrote years ago when I got the invitation to be a guest speaker at a conference in San Diego. Later I updated more about me, when I received the invitation by Yale University to the event on April for the Master Tea Ceremony and Conference of VSA for 5 prestige schools in the East Coast which including Harvard, MIT and many others schools on a same week. They both schools did want me to talk about leadership and fundraising or share my experiences about life.

Honestly, I'm little bit nervous to speak in public with a large number of students,, but I thought just speak what i know or what i did, then that is what people want to hear..Some of my friends suggested me that talk about how I involve with organizations or start my own business..and market myself for the good causes or projects that I have been doing successful for organizations and companies.

Mmmm... so I thought.. how's about tell them how or why I post my nick name as a devil..ahaaha..I'm not sure that is a good idea or not...?.. then I thought about taking my Victoria Secrete outfit and post it on the net nah nah.. don't have the figure.. that is a bad idea to show how to do marketing, or share the love hate experience with men to the students.. that is a "no" "no"..they are too young to hear soap opera & drama..mmm ...so I come up with the idea about updating my bio. It will cover everything ...everything.. hahaah..Please take a look... You can read below the bio here and let me know what do you think ahhahahhah.,.

Here is the bio from 5 years ago when I get invited to do the workshop for Len Duong(Youth Conference) when they invited me to do the speech. They wanted to introduce me at the workshop with the kids...so I wrote this bio for them:-)...Now I did a minor updating..because I believe bio is a bio.. you can not change the past, but you can update the present and goal for future...lols~

Things that I like to do:
1. I love to match all my friends together. If they fall in love for each other, then it's great. ..yeah sure..i 'll take the credit..if they are not, then it's their problem..of course i'll stay out and pretend i was never part of it.
2. I enjoy cooking so I can poison whoever I don't like or the people that hurt me. On the other hand, for the people that i like to keep, I'll cook my special recipe "love potion" so we can stay together forever hahaha.
3.Most of male friends that I "hang out"..usually are "boys". .My believe ..Don't start if I can never finish it.! Therefore most of the time, I like to keep them ..as a "slave" "toy" oopss..i meant as a "friend", or display them in a cage or pass them to all my lovely girlfriends. But if the boys are irresistible then I look but I won't
touch..because I don't believe friends with benefits.The kind of benefit people always talk about it when a man and a lady hang out togeter.Other beneficiary,I don't mind to put my name down. If for some reasons, I ended up touch..lol I will make sure ..no heart broken..or mmm. especially.if they are the one that i involved then when I'm done with them.. I''ll trash them to the girls that I don't like or dump them in my disposable list. hehhee..
4. Since I gave up men for Bowling.. warning ..Don't you ever challenge me in Bowling. Men lost to me ..they had to strip at the party,washed my cars, massaged my feet heheh..so stay away from betting with me in this sport...otherwise..just come to my house and check out how many trophies that I got for this boring sport lol.
5.Well, what else? I dedicate my time for many non-profit groups such as VAPA (Vietnamese American Professionals Alliance) and UVA (United Vietnamese Americans), ..just named a few....to help out the poor kids and students ... by brought all Vietnamese American Party Animals to make their events less bore and more wild.
Men come to my life and go. Women arrive to my life and stick forever..(Damn, can't never get rid of them)hehehe! My data base in the Bay Area in the beginning only had
5000 people..now it's increased to 15000. There are more people love me and same time they afraid to see me ....because they know they have to share their love, their money, their time to a charity event with me.
My career: in the past, I worked as a Senior Purchasing/Planner(Buyer) for high tech company. Basically, another word..I'm a professional ...plan to spend other people money for living. Then, I was in Sales and Marketing for Network PCB(Printed Circuit Boards) to sell the fabrication of the electronic parts and network with mfgs.Some times, at night my co-worker and I drive around in the van with the company logo to go clubbing.. people thought we sale the service of Network Pretty Cute Babe or Network Pretty Crazy Bitch. wink wink..:-)..Now..I'm into designing of fashion by creating the traditional dresses to the most sexiest ethnics outfits for traditional girl like me and building a connections of gorgeous geeks through GG Connections hhhahahah! Also, my other project for oil&energy with PEG to help the company to raise funds. So far I brought over a million dollars already, so they can go drill the oil not baby oil lol...& hopefully, one day i will strike rich, so I can share with everyone who needs the help with my fortune ...Otherwise, a starving artist with a big mission and goal is me...which I don't know why or how I got into a first place.lol.must be passion for action ...because of thing that I think I can do and don't mind to strive for it.

You think I was a strong person all time? Wrong..

8 years ago, July wasn't a great month for me when I think about my ended engagement after 3 years with a man who was a multi- millionaire, tall,good looking lol..that any women wouldn't mind to have my status.... ....and they think i was lucky girl at the time lol.. However, they don't know that I love my freedom more, I didn't want to stay in a negative and abusive relationship,especially control freak from speaking of my mind, my thoughts, my times and non supportive but only jealousy and possessive..

Oh my gosh, think about it.. it's funny how did I let it happen that far? and it last over 3 years too..especially, I'm a Leo.... Money? no I didn't even tell him to buy anything nice for me or even let him buy me a new car or new shirt..I made good money at the time. Love? mmm I'm not sure.. How can you love someone when that person kept putting you down.. and don't have fate.. for you.?No.. but I guess because more of the habits.. There said .. Misery in comfort !...also Culture, Yes, Culture didn't allow me to break up the engagement that easy.. Embarrass...? yes, because as a woman, I was more worrying to lose face with friends than worry about my happiness, and also I didn't want family to worry for me either, so I lived in a miserable life and afraid to talk to anyone..

Girlfriends .., please do not make the same mistake that I did.. nothing in this life is more value than yourself. You are the one who owns to yourself ... and no one has the right to treat you badly.

Finally, God looks out on me., he showed me the final draw.. Yes, I was strong enough to ended... However, it took 6 years for me to define my direction, but I didn't seat still for doing nothing. That is why you saw my involve so many different things .

Also, with the help and the support from family, friends and volunteer works , they all gave me back my confident, my self esteem, my strength and I look at life better than ever even I'm single but not lonely compare when I was in the relationship. I'm a starving artist but rich as friends, ideas and goal.

So today July is the best month ever..In fashion business .. my name is slowly :-)getting recognition every week lol. Haha.. I kid myself or what... with the fashion shows back to back.. ...how can it's slow ..compare with other.. i only started less than 2 and 1/2 years..
Anyway, thanks to family, friends, models, event organizers,photographers, muas,medias that you believe in me.. Also , best of all the project that I believe in 3 years , finally it will have an answer soon in few more weeks.. My pray is to succeed... because most importantly it's my principle not just only for being wealthy.. Because i'm already wealthy with friends lol...especially i can step away from a rich handsome boy at the time.. how can i sell myself short for money now.so the next few weeks will be an answering for everyone..

My conclusion, the reason I share a story of my life here, it's to help friends and especially friend who has a death-end relationship or stuck in an abusive relationship.. and they don't think there is hope. YOUR LIFE IS YOU WHO CONTROL IT.. BUT NO ONE. YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY, THEN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.. EVEN YOU HAVE TO TAKE SOME TIMES TO CHANGE IT, BUT IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGING ANYWAY. Don't keep it yourself or seat around complaining because it won't help you to have a better life.. it may make it worst too..If you can not do it, then accept it .. to find happiness within rather than caring the resentful feeling... but I'm sure no one want to accept that life.. so do it as soon as you can. Remember people change , feeling change, but time won't change.. when you let it pass.. so you have one life to live.. then your life needs to be happy whenever you can, not whenever other people allow you to have.

There are many of you on FB know me for years.. and you know my heart in the past was fully for scholarship programs ..but now most people were surprising when they see me in fashion..I never really talk about it .. However,
Today.. i'm talking to one of the model who has a straight honor GPA ..and her education. program.. so it brought back to me all the good memory when i did the scholarship with the organization and community... so may be it's time to share with you .. my thoughts..

HERE IS THE LETTER awhile THAT I SENT TO FEW PEOPLE
WHO ASKED ME..why I'm not doing the scholarship program anymore..

Many of you have asking me about UVA (United Vietnamese Americans), I
like to share with you why I haven't involve much lately for charity
works. Since you have been supporting for many projects ,or just want
to know why so you can help me or the organization to continue our
mission.

Thank you I think time I like to share with you what I wrote
years ago to my team. My purpose to do it, in the future if I or anyone
ever doing a good cause, please try to help so our community have a
unity and more things to do. May be we can help the people who want to
do the good cause, so they have the energy to do more for the
community..such as helping out the children in VN like ACWP, Friends
of Hue,VNhelp, ICAN etc..or people help to maintain the culture,
promote leadership, and educational program such as like TET
festivals, Children Moon Festival, Viet Heritage, VAPA, UVA, VSVN,
VASC..ETC..or even VANG to promote role models for the youth to
follows..


Anyway, sorry, I flooded you with too many long emails Hhhahaha.. ..I
think I did warn you..that I'm a famous
"Spam" er... in the Bay Area..even politicians, governments, business,
corporations, medias..none of them feel left out when they know me:-).
Some people even told me that they miss me, when they don't see my
email hehhe.

Hi Standford , thank you very much for your respond... yes, I know you would of wonder why I'm not continuing for something that I have put my heart and my soul over ten years..As about you letter, I'm just reading it t now. It meant a lot for me. Especially to see you from the young student, now you already become a young man with a lot of ..good heart and leader skill. I'm very very proud of you.Yeah.. you are right but sometimes ...where we talk about scholarship then I got my itch to do it again. Honestly, it had been developing in my blood even before ways before the UVA organization. I did build the Vietnamese American Professional Alliance 6 years before that with friends.. So I know it's not about the name of the organization much.. just it's more the goal and the mission..Involvement in fashion, perhaps instead of giving out scholarship to the students.. may be i can help create more job opportunity for people in the business fashion.. but that it will be a long goal and mission..

The scholarship program which I can see it effects faster.. That is why i work in this field to catch up days and night lol.. but i'm still in a lost sometime.. because fashion is the whole new entire focusing for me.. Oh well.. let see what will be next to me.. as long as i can do something, then that is all matter for me.Good luck with your school and future career.

Oh my gosh .. I read about the unfair system for scholarship program that you shared with me in the email. Stanford,.that is exactly why I quit UVA or stopped doing the scholarship programs... The last time when we gave out the scholarship there were two cases on the panel to decide who to give or not to give.scholarship.. . i lost.. in this board decision because of the majority won..here is the case that we have a student female who get accepted to Harvard University , her Academic was excellence. She came from a rich family so she doesn't have to work..UVA selected her to be the top winner, base on academic , community involvement, sat or gpa.. honor student.. straight A .. but except her financial family background is well establish.. However, yes, she will be a perfect image for UVA.. but unfortunately she was busying with her family to go vacation at the time.. so she could not come to the award ceremony to receive the check..I thought that it not a right thing to give her the top award.. because we want to do the event to present the role model for other students.. and we would want the community to see where the money goes.... not what we tell the community where or how it has been spending.. that is not really correct in my view..Anyway,... Versus other student who get accepted to Berkeley.. with 3.7 GPA.. however, prior before his last 2 years college, he wasn't a really good boy.. so he went to juvenile hall.. after that he had overcome the hard shipment.. and finally he did well and get accepted to Berkeley at the time. However, he came from a poor family, he shared with me that he had hoping to receive the UVA scholarship so he can pay his tuition.. .. also he said he has to sleep in the car too..

At the time, i really feel bad and I would like to award him some money to encourage.. even I was a president and who brought in the most money .. as well but I had no saying.. because the board decided UVA is not a welfare system so they rather stick to give the other Harvard Student..I felt sad and hurt at the time.. and that is why I lost my believe for the unfair system.. and this is another truth story on my part how i felt at the time..

I think it's time to engage in business to set up an endowment... if I'm not mistaken, didn't you have to fundraise for the scholarship? That's a lot of hard work to continuously have to do every year. Endowments are the way to go. Even a 1% interest on a $100,000 endowment will provide $1,000 scholarship.

Bao Thien Ngo, yes we did..by having the dance at the night club, the bowling tournament , the dating game, the winter ball and the scholarship award ceremony. every event we gain about 4k 5k because we sell the tix very cheap.. net profit for each around 5-10 dollars the most, then when the scholarship award ceremonies , we gave each event a ... total 50k in 3 years. I think we did pretty good.. I'm sure not any non-profit without granting from the government can give away that much money.. 50k on scholarship, join hand with c&y club, just to sale the tickets for party dance only, but we did give away to orphanage in vn from 30-35k each year..either through non-profit organization like ACWP-Aid to Children Without Parent, ICAN-International Children Assistant Network , Friends of Hue like us.Also join hand with community to dissolve many disaster reliefs like katrina, tsnumami or society problem.. so I'm really proud of our hardwork at the time..and we don't have the option that you just share.. Anyway.. didn't you receive the scholarship from us too.

An endowment is nice, but it's not easy to raise the capital for that. You need to have a solid organization since it's a very long term investment. Schools that have been around for hundred of years have endowments. It's hard to get a donor to give money to an organization that's only been in existence for a few years - they need to have assurances that the organization won't dissolve, along with their money.

hahah .I talk the talk and walk the walk so I can not stand in one place and giving promises.. Promise sometimes can be broken if things go wrong.. or not timing.. Notice I didn't count on a lip service for some of the people lol..

Truly, as for me, I don't think that I ever can become a politician. I rather am a starving artist... because that it shows my truly who am i not who people want me to be..

The reason I brought this up because.. I just received a phone call from one of the respectable leader of Vietnamese Americans Community in Washington , that suggested me to get into politic . He tried to convinced me that he thinks I could be one of a leader for the next generation. He said since he has known me for a long time and he admired for many things that I have done especially for a woman like me. .(hint.. May be some of you just only know me in the fashion side recently for the last 2 and 1/2 years, but actually I was more involving with the community services voluntary for a very long time so that is why he said that). Also,. he said because he saw that I'm a dedicate person,had a lot of experience in many different fields and also understand the community a lot . More,he said he can see that I can contribute more for my people here in the U.S&VN if I'm at a different level in politic ..

Well, truly, I'm honor to hear the Uncle for a very kindly thought and trusted me to suggest me to become one.. However, I know I won't be a deserve one. There are many others in our community. Also,. First, I'm more into fashion .. so as an artist.. I do thing as I wish.. Another word .. I don't follow procedure. I always believe.. Rules make by people and Rule can be changing anytime.. The one who dares to do different one, it's the one may invent a new system or destroy one lol. However, if you are a leader and you break a rule, then it will be difficulty to lead.

On the other hand,I understood why he asked me to get into his field... because I could be one of the hope for our elders to find someone to take over their responsiblity. That is why he think I'm a perfect one for being in a neutral of any sides. He said he would like to see Vietnamese Community as one voice.and also we can work with other ethnics in America. He shared that I had been involving strong in Viet Community before, now I'm even reach out to another the communities as well. Therefore, he said I will be the best candidate. ..Also, he said I get along with everyone. I can be in the neutral for any sides He thinks I'm straight forward and frank, hard working.. so that what everyone needs.. He has based on what I have done in the past for humanitarian for a long period of time.

Actually, he was not the first one ever who offered to bring me into political world. I have many kindness community leaders in San Jose or even Washington DC or Minneapolis have been suggested me many times to run in the American Government office . They told me that they will behind back up financial, plus share the experiences as well.

I had explain with people so many times about what I have done for charity works, because I want to do it from my heart. I don't do it because I want to have the glory or the power. Secondly, I'm an emotional and sensitive person, so I'm more suitable for humanities than politic. I cry very easily.. ha.. Mmm.. how many politicians cry in public.. ? so that is a no no for me..

Finally, I told other people and him that I want my life is peaceful.. If I ever run for the office..then the only office that I will run .. it's for the Cabinet.. I meant "Kitchen Cabinet" hahahha.. However, he told me to think about it. He said if i work on the political side, then I can help more people.. Do you agree with him? As for me, I will help people different way.. not in the political side..so that is best for me...

Now you know everyday.. the story of my life is always unexpected and surprised .. that is why I always said I'm a normal person with many abnormal projects.. Therefore, every day, I have many different things to tell and share with you....so don't be surprised .. one day if you hear me in the Irag or fly to the moon lol..

Here is my thoughts of the day-

We can have many different goals or set many things 4 different times in our life. People can be happy if they are rich, famous, find the love or have peace of mind. However, the truth is ....happiness is everyone 's ultimate goal. I believe happy is within and unhappy creates by others.. Also, when we were young, less expectation and our simple happiness is when we received a piece of candy..and even yet we don't know what we want, but it still made us smile.. .. even now at the age, we are more mature.. sometimes, we still don't know what we want ,also sometimes, we able to smile when we receive a simple compliment or nice thing people do for us but with a bit more expectation.. so we don't feel that totally satisfy right?.. and most of us still keep searching for that goal,and not too many can find that easily.....Also, I'm sure on the other hand, I think we definitely know what we don't want.. and we know who or what doesn't make us happy, then I think the best which we can do for us ....is to eliminate from what we don't want, and stay away what not make us happy. Eventually, I think we will find what we want ..or what make us more happier not too difficult.

About family, we know they are there, but we may feel that we don't have the support..Have we ever step back a moment and thought about this... perhaps they trust that we can handle any obstacles so they let us decide what we want to do?, ...or they have been helping us a lot already, then may be time for us to deal our problem, instead, we keep dragging them in.?. From that we will be learning how to strive through the difficult time, so we can grow with experiences and know how to stand strong on our feet for finding what we want ...

Therefore, I think the best to make us happy is to worry what we can do and want, and appreciate at least we still have someone which we know they are part of our life.. regardless what they can do for us or not.. Again,by then we can find the happiness within ourselves,but not set an expectation for disappointment for anyone and that is even family.

When the time comes, we will find the trophy of life is Happiness.

Anyway, have a good week. Time to go back to work now hhehh..

 Two persons asked me the same question yesterday.. what a coincident!They both asked me "what would you go for... Money or Doing what you like the most?" I answered to them without thinking about it too much, because this is how I have been applying for myself.. I said "Ask yourself what do you want the most?money or happiness? then go for your desire and accept the consequences..It's very hard 2 have both sometimes.

Therefore, I believe when you do the things that you like the most, then you will feel accomplish something...may be... the money will come naturally in time.How? Think about it ..if you enjoy what you are doing then, you will put your heart and soul into it. When you put the focus in it or believe what you do, then eventually you will become an expert. It also will help and build self esteem, naturally you will gain confident within yourself. As a result, you will become successful for what you do. Definitely, people will see it, then eventually they don't mind to pay for an expert at any price.

On the other hand, what if the money is not there yet, in the mean time ..doing what you like will help you feel completed, less stress and be a happier person...so everyone wants to be with you. Also, it will make your life worthwhile..and that is how I always belief.. even though as a starving artist lol, but I always believe this... People work hard to earn money, so they can buy things that make them happy .. i go straight to my happiness by doing what i like.. and Time is Money.

Also I believe if you earn a lot money but .. you only can live in one house to sleep , one bed for one night, and how big the bed will be satisfied you? If you eat too much, then you will worry to gain weight right.? How many dress or pair of shoe or purse that you can wear at a same time? even if you have a lot, then it's only stacking in closet to wait for its term ..

Anyway, so my concept in my life is.. everything is just enough.. the rest will be depending on what is the most important to make me happy? For me, material is only extra..

Yes, for now I enjoy to see other people smiles, because that it makes me feel good ..,so my heart knew that is exactly what i want the most. Which it said in my philosophy .. I accepted to be poor for now. because i follow my passion.. One day if i want to be rich, and the money is that what i think it's important, then may be I will focus on looking for money.. Hopefully, by then I don't want to become greedy or lost my principle..or sold my soul short...

 Sometimes, people come to my life looking for friendship, partnership or acquaintance. I like to share with you how I think if you feel the friendship or partnership with me is important. If you know this, then you can handle me for life lol.

I don't ask much..Sometime, I don't even ask 2 get paid or thankful or expecting the recognition or even love me or treat me as VIP. However,at least if anyone is searching for a good friend or partnership especially,if they really do care for themselves,then may be try to work with me as much as in FAIRNESS OR don't say things untruth. I won't get mad or get even.. may be I know how to get ahead.. lol. Kidding asides, I will always there for friends or family. TRY ME THEN YOU WILL KNOW.

Indeed, by now if you are approaching to me, then I hope you should know or heard about my capability,my loyalty, my appreciation to anyone who comes to my life and how far I can do if you have me on your team, or as a simple friend..

As for me-
Integrity is a must.
Consideration and respecting for each other are requirement for a team work or friendship or even to get successful anything you do.
Oh. I hate liar.. that is my peeve it thing. and i don't like to text or chat 90% when i deal in a friendship or business deal unless it's important. There is a phone. if you don't have time to talk, then I can wait but don't deal with me when you are not focusing.. and you have 100 windows open on your screen.

Importantly, for sure the different about me and for some people is I don't care anything especially for money, materials, fame, or even you are the best ever come to my life.. if I don't see how things turn right repeatedly , I know how to get out. Yes, I understand it won't be that easy but sometime, you have to cut the lost in order to gain other important things in life. HOWEVER, I DO CARE FOR FAMILY, FRIENDSHIP AND VALUE PEOPLE THAT I KNOW OR EXIST OR COME TO MY LIFE. ALSO, I GIVE EVERYONE A CHOICE FIRST. IT'S THEIR CHOICE TO CHOSE TO BE WITH ME OR NOT TO BE WITH ME... DEPENDING ON HOW THEY HANDLE THE RELATIONSHIP. IF THEY CAN NOT DO IT RIGHT, THEN IT WILL BE MY CHOICE.

Once I decide to drop or give up, then I will not go back and forth. So I always try to be right and work hard on it first. . I know sometimes it will be harder to put back the broken pieces. That is a reason why I try as hard as I can to maintain and build the relationship or business partnership. Sometime people even tell me why wasted time with some people do not treat you right. I don't waste time, but I want to make sure that I don't waste a good person because of pride or because of my selfishness or misunderstand. On the other hand, I won't give people burden if they don't want to work it out, so I will help them to decide sometimes too if they are the indecisive one. I don't like to play game. If you want to play game, then play by yourself because I will not participate. Have fun lol!

At these basic steps for me, I don't look back, i don't forward, I don't t look side way. I only deal with the present or in front of me, because I know the present or the people who are in front of me... are the one for my future of tomorrow..Hope you understand my point. Now we got it out on the way, lets be friends. ..so I can make you work charity with me hhhehe..

Some people said when you meet the person you’ll know is the one when everything will fall into place...But that’s the exception, not the rule.

As 4 me relationships, love&commitment take a lot more than just luck&timing. Meting new people we need to give others benefit of a doubt, but sometimes it's not settle in the ...way that you want them to happen. Meeting people can be spontaneous&easy..but2maintain a meaningful&fulfilling connection in your life requires some real work on both side whether we like it or not.Just like after we graduated from college, then we get a job, but every year we need to take a class or seminar to catch up what's new in the society. Otherwise, we will behind & out of date. This is exactly for how relationship work as well. Especially for a long term couple, don't you ever assume what other thinks.. even you know them 4 a long time already. Don't forget people change,feeling change,thing change as well..

Therefore, in order 2keep up&maintain a relationship, then communication is a key to understand on both sides.. so you can understand what your partner thinking&via versa he/she will know what you want. At least, it'll bring the mutual respect so both will be understanding of the differences.

Most importantly, you've 2 be the one who do the “work 4 yourself" 2 be prepared in the right state of mind. When you working on yourself is the most rewarding& gratifying thing you can ever do. Once you can do your part &take the responsible on you own, instead seating there waiting or blaming people to bring happiness to yourself. I'm sure the person happier is the one who is more able to turn their dreams into reality. Which it meant it’s the people who take responsibility for what happens around them. If you want to create great situations in your life, you need to think positively about your present situation, learn as much as you can, and set out to do something by step. The most successful people is the ones who have thought hard about what they want and have come to terms with how to pursue their dreams. They plan how to get there and follow through with consistent long-term effort without blaming other people for not getting what they want. And they DON’T expect easy or instant success with any pieces of the puzzle.

Also,the happiest in their relationships are the ones who have adopted this long- term realistic attitude in their love lives not by faith or luck or timing only.

 But don't forget to let the man kept his role because  the initial move always from the man...and if he likes you or not, he will do the work oyherwise, don't assume that he plays game... because Men never change their mind in term of attraction . However, women will base on the personality trait . We may not like the man in the beginning, but he is nice, sincerely and persistence that will help him to get the woman's heart..As for men, most the time they set their mind..and no matter how nice ... the lady is, then they only consider as a friend ...no more no less..unless the woman is willing to have friends with benefit then they just take the benefit only but not a long term relationship. because man get taught as the young child .. don't get the emotional in their heart..they believe that is for women only except a major change.. then .. may be.. they will have a change of heart for the good but they usually change of heart for the bad heheheh...

How do you handle a relationship if there are so many differences between you and your mate even you both do love each others very much?

Have you ever think about.... Love isn't complicated, but the complication comes from people that is including you or me sometimes?. People make it sounds more difficult to solve anything..... when the problems or the differences occur in a relationship. ..Instead of learning how to understand the reason or figure out the situation...to know..why it doesn't fit for each other, ....then they rather blame on each other, but no one had the patience to learn how to accept other person in their life or the love isn't strong enough to maintain the relationship.... that they think this person could be "the one"...

Have you have ever think why there are so many broken hearts because of splitting up or divorcing? Why there are so many people decide to live alone and to protect their feeling by just only have a relationship as a lover or friends with benefit?. blahblah...Do you think are they really happy? or just like a roller coaster ..just wait for the feeling whenever it drops again.

Have we all learn anything from our last relationship yet?

Don't we all want to protect our feeling not to get hurt again ....or live in a regret later on..so either we run away from the relationship,or decide to be a lonely person ...and assume that it will bring the happiness to us?...I think.. everyone make an excuse that they don't have time to deal with problem. or any drama. .. so we let go all the feeling.. and hope one day when it heals, we start again...do we think the next relationship won't happen with the differences or what?..

It won't be true for all cases..Human was born to be different from each individual....many ways, but when the situation happens again, the habit begins and who do we want to blame by that time?. God or ourself or society, or the person that we love.. ...so how many times we would have the energy to start another relationship or run away and away again.. May be by then.. we just decide to settle for less...or be a loner..for the rest of our life..Ahahaha.. What do you think? Do we really want to have all this at the end of our life?

Reality.., I think majority reason is ...we all refuse to listen each others, or the love wasn't strong enough to care or to respect for a person ...because we fell in love so fast.. then we fall out of love even faster..or we were over confident to ourself ...that we have enough the knowledge or experience ...so our decision is better than the other..ahaha...

Do we really happy with the outcome?...but how come I hear everyone share or complain that they feel empty inside huh? Ironically huh? Yes .. so forth.. by then.. we delegate responsible to the " time"... Hopefully, it will help us to heal the sadness and hurtful that come to us......Why do we have to depend so much about " time"...why don't we start something right in the beginning?.. Instead... we start with someone else fresh again... but forget to learn from the experience .. then that is when the cycle repeated...

Have you ever heard a comment from a friend talk about the girlfriend or boyfriend after they dated for awhile...He/She said.. Gosh .. my boyfriend is so stupid.. or my wife is so dumb.. Let's me ask you this question.. Would anyone commit in a relationship with someone who they think.... he/she is a dumber or a stupid person in a first place huh? Of course the answer is "NO"..everything would be so beautiful in a beginning.. but why they said these comments later..... lets analyzing with me ....ok?

Well, after period of time that we involve in a relationship, then we begin to feel comfortable with our mate.. Suddenly, things become a routine in our life.. therefore, we thought that we know each other long enough... already we assume that we understand our mate. However, we forget about. things change, people change, and time moves on too......In order to maintain it.. we have to work at it every day, learn new things from each other...adapt the changing from the society.. just like at work ..we need to update our knowledge by going to seminars or taking classes huh? Otherwise, we will behind....

Instead...Slowly, we thought we already know what our mate said.. before they were even speak... we refuse to listen tor each others ... At the result, we have no clue to understand about other wishes anymore.. Therefore, the misunderstanding keep building in a bigger hole.. so forth,... next thing we know when negative thought begins. ..and more misunderstandings.. raise higher or even more..to the point that no one can save the relationship anymore.

Here are my opinions to share with you.. Let's hear your thoughts too..

Tell me!

1. Would you will be "the" first one who gives up on a relationship.. so you can avoid headache or may be heartache later on, or you protect your feeling by you were the one who called it quit???..therefore, you just walk away from the unsolved problem between you and love ones then regret later on?

or

2.Would you stay in a relationship and try to work it out until you don't have anymore energy..and accept the situation by cut the lost?

or

3.Would you rather chose to be patiently and tolerating with your mate to maintain in a no meaningful relationship?

or

4. Would you just accepting who they are ....then you put some efforts to work on the differences or issues?

As for me..

1 and 2.. I won't walk away because of those selfish reasons for myself only. I will try until I can not find any better solution then I call it quit.

I think patience and tolerate are not the answers for holding a long lasting relationship .. Since we refuse learning to accept the differences, so how can we come up with an agreement of compromising for our love. Then just to prove with everyone or yourself that you always are right by.. walk away or you are patiently and become more tolerate by staying in an unhappy relationship... I think we want to prove with the world that we have the patience and high toleration. and we call that is love..huh??lol~. That is too much for me to handle..Don't you agree with me?

Do you usually tolerate to keep working on a relationship... because you think you love that person so much?

Let's me share a secrete with you . as for me ..when I was young .. I did believe in the word "tolerate".. it's a right thing to do.. Therefore, in order to find happiness or peace of mind in a relationship.. then I have to be a toleration person... Also....that is how I get taught by my parent as an Asian girl.. The culture doesn't allow for women to walk away the relationship that easy, because it doesn't believe in divorce after marry. ..so as a young girl, I already learned how to put up, and tolerate with people who are elders even they were wrong.

Thanks God.. I live in America.... otherwise.. I would stay unhappy forever, and I can not even do things that I like, or even speak my mind to share with friends on these blogs tirelessly....if I involve in a relationship. or marry by now then Mmm...I think I already divorce at least one by now or I would not be happy or have a big smile on my face. ..like everyone told me how they love my smile hhehehe.. Traditionally, women have learned how to tolerate and take all the bad and the good even the suffer as well, so we can keep the relationship last... In addition, we don't allow to humiliate our family by splitting up the relationship or getting the divorce later... because that is an unspoken law of marriage in our heritage. lol..That is against the law of family or guilt with God or Buddha!

However, growing up ...by then, I learn "tolerate" by putting up anything from someone, and in hope to gain a peaceful life..aha..it is not a healthy for the mind sets. I think it could helpful or find a short term of happiness for the moment only. Anyway, for sure.. I know, later on.. my heart would tell me, that I'm betraying myself..and that is when the war begins in my system.. and just wait for one day to blow up..

Patience is another word to hold of something inside that you dislike.. and sometime, it could be painful too ..unless you really have all the time in this world....and know the person long enough to know who they are....hint..Therefore, as for me..patience is not a good solution either..

I think the word "acceptance" plays an important role in a relationship as well..Accepting someone is not a toleration effort, but it helps me to learn how to compromise, and make it better fit in my mind and easier for other. Don't forget to know the difference of the word "acceptance" and "toleration" are two different behaviors....Without an expectation for other people to understand me, or return my love giving to that person I begin to release the stress from inside negative thoughts, then I turn everything out come a positive way to people who associate surrounding me.

At my conclusion, I would rather learn how to accept the differences from other person now.. Accepting will give me a motive or a mood to join or learn about who they are...., and try to take the differences in a positive way. At least, I gave it a shot.... or chance...either to see if I can compromise or not, or that is a NO NO for me. From this experience, then I will understand what is the right thing for me to do or not.. in a long term. Therefore, I won't be dragging that in a death end relationship until the end with no solution..or regret later on.. Once I find the best solution for me...then I either stay or out immediately..., but in a long way...no one will get hurt and hate each other... especially ...once we did say that we love the person at one time right?....Therefore, at least, I can save the respect for each other at the end...
